Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Contact and order details you provide, such as name, email, phone (if provided), and Canadian shipping address.
• Order contents, totals, shipping selections, and related fulfillment records.
• Payment-related details needed to match Interac e-Transfers to orders (for example order reference and payment status). We do not collect card numbers through the storefront in the current MVP.
• Age-gate confirmation cookie so we know you confirmed you are 21+ and acknowledged required policies.
• Support messages you send through email or forms.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and approximate location derived from IP, used for security, fraud prevention, and legal-acceptance audit trails.
• Optional analytics data if we enable tools such as Google Analytics 4.

The storefront uses guest checkout. We do not operate customer login or order-history accounts in the current MVP. Admin operator accounts are separate and used only for internal staff access.

We use personal information to:

• Process and fulfill orders, send tracking updates, and provide customer support.
• Verify age-gate and checkout legal acceptances where applicable.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and prohibited use.
• Comply with law and retain order and legal-acceptance records.
• Improve site reliability and security.

For the current MVP, payment is completed by Interac e-Transfer using instructions emailed after you place an order. We record order totals and payment status in our systems so staff can match your transfer. We do not process card payments on the storefront in the current MVP.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as hosting (for example Vercel), database and auth infrastructure (Supabase for admin and data storage), email delivery providers, banking/Interac rails used to receive e-Transfers, and shipping carriers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Order records and legal acceptance records are retained for operational, accounting, and compliance needs. We intend to retain order and legal-acceptance records for at least seven years where related to transactions. Support emails are retained as needed to resolve requests. Age-gate cookies persist for about one year unless cleared earlier.

We use cookies or similar storage for age verification, session management for admin operators, and (if enabled) analytics. You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies may prevent site access if the age gate cannot be stored.

We use HTTPS and industry-standard provider controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Report suspected issues to support promptly.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons. Contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

The site is intended for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21 for purchasing purposes.

Some service providers may process data in Canada or other countries. Where transfers occur, we rely on contractual and provider safeguards appropriate to the service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we post a revision.
