Shipping Policy

We ship Canada-wide to eligible addresses. We do not ship outside Canada. Orders with non-Canadian addresses will not be accepted.

Flat rate shipping: $20 CAD.

Free shipping: orders with subtotal over $250 CAD.

There is no multi-rate picker (no Standard vs Priority selection) in checkout.

Orders are typically processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Weekend or holiday orders usually ship the next business day. Processing targets may vary with volume and inventory.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on destination within Canada. Estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, remote locations, incorrect addresses, and peak periods can extend delivery.

Tracking is provided for orders once dispatched. Check spam folders if you do not see a tracking email within one business day of shipment confirmation.

Orders ship in discreet packaging. Exterior labels do not list sensitive product names. Packaging is prepared for secure transit under ordinary carrier handling.

You are responsible for a complete, accurate, deliverable Canadian address, including unit numbers and postal codes. We are not responsible for delays, returns, or misdelivery caused by incorrect customer-provided information. Address changes after processing cannot be guaranteed.

PO boxes and carrier pickup points may be accepted when the selected carrier supports them. If a carrier cannot deliver to the address type provided, we may contact you or cancel and refund as appropriate.

If a parcel is returned because of an invalid address, refusal, or non-collection, reshipment may be available at your expense. Returned research materials may be unable to be restocked for chain-of-custody reasons.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact support with your order number and tracking number. We may open or support a carrier investigation. Outcomes follow the Returns Policy.
