Terms of Sale

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept an order when payment is confirmed and we begin fulfillment, subject to our right to refuse or cancel orders as described in the Terms of Service.

Checkout is guest-only. You must provide a valid email address for receipts and shipping updates, plus a complete Canadian shipping address.

Prices are shown in CAD. Catalog prices are tax-inclusive. Cart, checkout, and receipts show a “Taxes included” note. There is no separate tax line item in the storefront experience.

For the current MVP, payment is by Interac e-Transfer only. After you place an order, we email Interac instructions (amount, recipient, and order reference). Your order remains awaiting payment until we confirm the transfer. Fulfillment begins after payment is confirmed. By sending an Interac e-Transfer, you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

Shipping is $20 CAD flat for orders at or below $250 CAD subtotal, and free for orders over $250 CAD subtotal. Shipping estimates and packaging rules are in the Shipping Policy.

Before placing an order, you must complete required checkboxes (including Terms of Service, Research Use Only, researcher certification, Privacy, Warranty, and age 21+ confirmations). We retain acceptance records with policy version, timestamp, and related audit metadata.

Title and risk of loss generally pass when the shipment is transferred to the carrier, subject to applicable law and the Shipping and Returns policies.

Contact support immediately if you need to cancel. Cancellation may be possible only before an order is processed, packed, or dispatched. After dispatch, remedies follow the Returns Policy.

We make reasonable efforts to keep names, sizes, and prices accurate. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders with refunds where payment was taken.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
