Warranty & Liability

We inspect orders before shipping and pack materials for domestic Canadian transit. Packaging is discreet and designed to protect vials in ordinary carrier handling.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, or a carrier-confirmed lost shipment, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for lost parcels) as described in the Returns Policy. Where we confirm an eligible issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion and as permitted by law.

Except where required by law, products and documentation are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that any product is fit for a particular assay, protocol, or research outcome. Purchasers are responsible for suitability assessments within their own quality systems.

Batch CoAs available upon request do not create a warranty of regulatory approval, clinical safety, or fitness for human or veterinary use. Analytical results are lot-specific and limited to what the report states.

We are not responsible for product degradation, loss, or unsuitability caused by improper storage, improper handling, delayed retrieval after delivery, misuse, unauthorized use, or customer negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinetic Aminos is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. Total liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

If you use products outside the Research Use Only scope, you assume related risks and agree to indemnify Kinetic Aminos as described in the Terms of Service.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by contract.
