These Terms are written for lawyer review before public launch. They are not a substitute for legal advice.

By using the site or placing an order, you represent that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are legally permitted to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction.
• You are purchasing strictly for scientific, laboratory, analytical, or other non-clinical research purposes.
• You are not purchasing products for human or veterinary application, consumption, injection, or therapeutic use.

Products sold by Kinetic Aminos are supplied for research use only unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. By purchasing, you agree that:

• Products will not be used as drugs, supplements, injectables for personal use, cosmetics, foods, or consumer products.
• Products will not be administered to any human or animal.
• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, institutional rules, and facility procedures.
• You accept responsibility for consequences arising from improper, unauthorized, or prohibited use.

Nothing on this website is medical, veterinary, dosing, treatment, diagnostic, or personal-use advice. We do not provide reconstitution-for-administration, cycle, or injection guidance. Always consult a licensed professional for medical questions. We do not recommend human or veterinary use of any product.

Customer accounts and order-history logins are not part of the current storefront. Checkout is guest-only. You must provide a valid email and a complete Canadian shipping address when placing an order.

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may review, refuse, cancel, restrict, or limit any order for reasons including suspected misuse, inventory issues, compliance concerns, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or incorrect pricing.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We may correct errors even after an order is submitted. If we cancel an order after payment is collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method where applicable.

Shipping terms are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of loss generally passes when the order is transferred to the carrier, subject to applicable law. Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details.

Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final except as described in the Returns Policy and where required by law. Report eligible issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Site content, branding, layouts, and product presentation materials are owned by or licensed to Kinetic Aminos. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission.

We work to keep information accurate, but content may contain errors or omissions. Product images may be illustrative. Availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, content, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No statement on this site has been evaluated by Health Canada as authorizing human or veterinary use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinetic Aminos and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the site or products, including misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized application.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinetic Aminos and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and suppliers from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site or products, violation of law, or unauthorized use of products.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, weather, supply issues, labour disruptions, technical failures, regulatory actions, payment processor issues, or cyber incidents.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in accordance with the courts and procedures of that jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable consumer protections that may apply.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we post revisions. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
