Research use only on this site
Kinetic Aminos supplies research amino acid materials for non-clinical laboratory research, analytical reference work, and related scientific use by qualified personnel. Products are presented as laboratory research materials, not as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, foods, or consumer wellness products.
By browsing and ordering, you are expected to keep that research context intact: labels, site copy, documentation requests, and support conversations should all stay inside laboratory and analytical use.
What RUO does not mean
“Research Use Only” is a stated intended purpose. It is not a Health Canada approval, licence, DIN, or exemption from Canadian law. Health Canada has publicly warned that “For Research Use Only - Not for Human Consumption” style labelling does not, by itself, make unauthorized products legal or remove regulatory requirements.
A CoA, purity percentage, or research disclaimer is not a substitute for market authorization as a drug. Authorized drugs sold in Canada generally carry an eight-digit Drug Identification Number that can be checked in Health Canada’s Drug Product Database.
RUO language also does not mean a material is safe or suitable for humans or animals. Packaging, appearance, and analytical paperwork do not establish clinical safety, sterility for injection, or therapeutic fitness.
Presentation and prohibited uses
Canadian drug classification looks at how a substance is manufactured, sold, or represented, including whether it is held out for diagnosing, treating, mitigating, or preventing disease, or for modifying bodily functions. That is why our storefront avoids health, wellness, performance, anti-aging, and body-composition claims.
Do not use these materials in humans or animals. Do not ask us for dosing, injection, reconstitution-for-administration, cycle planning, or personal-use protocols. Do not represent Kinetic Aminos products as Health Canada-authorized therapeutics.
Educational pages on this site explain chemistry, lab handling themes, testing literacy, and RUO boundaries. They are not product “benefit” guides and they are not permission to use materials outside research settings.
Age, attestation, and buyer responsibility
Purchasers must be 21 or older. Checkout requires legal attestations, including Terms of Service, Research Use Only, researcher certification, Privacy Policy, Warranty, and age confirmation. Acceptances are stored with the order for compliance records.
You are responsible for complying with applicable law, institutional rules, and facility procedures in your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether a planned activity is lawful, consult a qualified Canadian lawyer. We are not your counsel.
Support boundaries
Support covers orders, shipping, payment status, product availability, and documentation requests such as CoAs. We will not advise on human or veterinary use.
Read the full Research Use Only policy before you buy. If an order is inconsistent with research intent, we may refuse or cancel it.
